Morning check-in

Good morning! How are you today?

Safe status

Emily replied at 08:52

Today is recorded as safe. No contact was notified.

Care note

Help requests can notify caregivers

Escalation follows the contact order you set.

Minimal guide

Replace daily chasing with one clear care flow.

For elders, there is no app to install and almost nothing new to learn. For families, safe days stay quiet and only exceptions become alerts.

You can choose how long to wait before a missed reply becomes an exception, such as 15, 30, or 60 minutes. After that, up to three emergency contacts are notified in order.

Core flow

No app install. Quiet on safe days. Ordered alerts only when something is wrong.

1

Add AyoCheck on WhatsApp

The family adds AyoCheck on WhatsApp and starts setup from the familiar chat screen.

2

Set the times

Choose the daily check-in times and the order of emergency contacts.

3

Let it run automatically

After setup, AyoCheck sends the same daily routine automatically. No manual chasing needed.

Daily Check-in

AyoCheck sends the daily check-in on WhatsApp

The elder only opens WhatsApp like usual and taps a button. Only if there is no reply within the chosen window does the alert path begin.

Safe

Safe: the elder replies β€œI’m okay”

The reply is recorded for the day and the flow ends there. No emergency contact is notified.

Alert

Alert: no reply in time, or β€œNeed help” is pressed

If there is still no reply after the 15, 30, or 60 minutes you set, AyoCheck starts notifying up to three emergency contacts in sequence. If the previous person does not confirm, it escalates to the next one a few minutes later.

Quick recap
1

The family sets it up once

Pick the check-in times and the alert order, then let the same daily routine run automatically.

2

Your loved one only taps to reply

The WhatsApp message asks a simple question and the reply takes one tap.

3

Only exceptions become alerts

Safe replies end quietly. No reply or a help request starts the contact flow.

Case studies

Real moments from families who need reassurance

Three different family situations, one simple goal: know sooner when something feels off.

Case 1

"Before she even answered the phone, I already knew something was wrong."

Emily usually heard from her mum before 8am. One Tuesday, that reply never came. AyoCheck quietly alerted her, giving her time to call and arrange help quickly.

Case 2

"Dad pressed Need help instead of trying to explain everything."

Marcus was in another city when his father felt dizzy after dinner. Instead of typing a long message, one tap was enough. Marcus and his sister both saw the alert and arranged a nearby relative to check in first.

Marcus, 38, Singapore

Case 3

"The missed evening check-in showed us the routine had changed."

Naomi helps care for her aunt while also raising two children. When the usual evening reply did not come, AyoCheck made it obvious that something was different, so she could call before the worry became a full night of guessing.
